As Co-VP of fundraising at Midtown West School PS212I am proud to support the Midtown West Parent Teacher Association and the Auction Committee's biggest fundraiser of the year, the Spring Auction which will begin on March 2nd, 2023. This event is an opportunity for parents, teachers, and community members to come together to raise funds for our school while having fun bidding on a variety of unique items.
The MTW Spring Auction consists of both an online auction and a live auction party, with the online auction beginning on March 2nd. Bidders can participate in the auction from the comfort of their own homes while supporting a great cause. The live auction party takes place on March 10th at The Ellington Room at 400 West 43rd Street from 6pm - 10pm. Tickets are $75 for advanced purchase and include drinks, dinner, dancing, live auctions, entertainment for the evening along with mingling opportunities with MTW staff and families.
This event is one of the most important fundraisers of the year as it helps raise money to support various educational activities such as field trips and clubs that enrich learning experiences at MTW. The funds raised from this auction will go directly to the PTA to help with school supplies and other essential needs.
